Wednesday, February 23rd

• You should be working on your piece for this week! Think Concentration!
• Plan in your journal!
• No blog work this week!
• Thursday is STUDIO NIGHT.
• For this studio night, you need to bring in a small work anywhere from 9x12 to 18x24.
• You will be reviewing your portfolio progress as well - know what work you have finished and are working on.
• Bring in ONE piece to work on during studio night. If you can't make it, then you need to talk to me before the evening.

Wednesday - Friday, Feb. 16 - 18

• Work! Work! Work!
• All projects for the first grading period must be submitted by Monday, Feb. 21 at 11am! No exceptions. This includes journals for each project!
• Next Tuesday is Critique Day!
• Next Thursday is Studio Night (Yes, February is a short month)!

Feb. 14 - 18

February 7 - 11

• Monday: Critique Day! 2D and Drawing will hang their new work on the black critique board and 3D will place their work on the round table. Discuss Blog Critique assignment for the week. 2-D Breadth Pre-Planning pages due (our class assignment: Word Inspiration). 3D "Art Happening" Observations are due.
• Tuesday: Complete any critiques not covered in class. Work! Drawing Breadth Pre-Planning Pages due (personal still life).
• Tuesday-Friday: Work on concentration! Pre-planning pages due prior to project!

2D Portfolio - Pre-planning pages are due for your Word Inspiration on Monday, Feb. 7.
